Thank you for your interest in booking a paint party at the Arts Center!

Our Paint Party Package is $15 per person and includes an 8x10 canvas prepped in the theme of your choice - minimum of 7 canvases required. One of our arts Ambassadors would prepare and guide the group in the painting and encourage all to have a fun time making it their own! ☺Please read the guidelines below and complete the form when you're ready to begin planning your shindig!

Guidelines:

1. Your headcount must be confirmed one week prior to party date. An invoice will be generated; a 50% deposit must be made before any canvas prep is done.

2. Party Host must approve the graphic to be used as a guide. Feel free to browse the web for a graphic to submit - or let us know if we can help.

3. If you have any no-shows, you are still responsible to pay for those canvases.

4. Date/time requested must be approved by the president in writing before plans are firm.

5. An Arts Ambassador must be available and present for the duration of the party; your assigned Ambassador will likely be leading your party.

6. The Arts Center does not supply any supplies such as table cloths, plates, etc. Please bring whatever you wish to make your party enjoyable, including decorations!!

7. The Arts Center is not responsible for adult individuals, children or food/drinks served. Signing/submitting this form releases FLCAC from all liability. Should any damages to the facility incur from your partygoers, an invoice will be issued for those costs. Thank you for taking care of our shared community space. ☺
